   This website is operated by Kevin Homes (ABN 90 633 501 532), a licensed building work contractor in South Australia, builder licence BLD310067.

   The content on this site — including descriptions of our services, process, timeframes and costs — is general information only. It isn't a quote, an offer or advice for your particular site or project, and it may change without notice.

   Photographs, illustrations and project descriptions show examples of our work and may include features, finishes or landscaping that are not standard inclusions.

3. 03Enquiries and building work

   Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed. Any building work we carry out is governed solely by a separate written building contract, which will set out the scope, price, timeframes, warranties and your rights under South Australian building law.

4. 04Intellectual property

   The content of this site, including text, photographs, designs, logos and plans, belongs to Kevin Homes or is used with permission. You may view and print it for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written consent.

   You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to do anything that could damage, disable or interfere with the site or its security.

   This site links to third-party sites, such as our Facebook page. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
